Job summary

CGB Enterprises, Inc. is seeking a driven professional to originate grain purchases from growers and manage key producer accounts. You will collaborate with origination staff, visit major accounts, and document new business while tracking performance.

The role requires strong negotiation, analytical, and CRM skills, with a focus on market intelligence and customer satisfaction. Travel may be involved as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent education and experience.
• Minimum 3 years' experience in trading, logistics, or related field.
• Knowledge of grain merchandising and contract negotiations preferred.

Responsibilities

• Originate grain purchases from growers and maximize producer origination.
• Conduct annual farm/business visits for major accounts.
• Add new business accounts and manage/service.
• Document new accounts and track success.
• Analyze producer/commercial accounts for market share and growth.
• Identify underperforming accounts and develop marketing strategies.
• Execute and manage contracts including signing and delivery terms.
• Review facility P&L and discuss findings with Facility/Commercial Managers.
• Input customer information into the CRM system.
