CGB Enterprises, Inc. is seeking a skilled origination professional to originate grain purchases from growers and manage customer relationships. You will negotiate contracts, analyze market data, and collaborate with regional teams to drive profitability and growth.

The role requires 3+ years in trading/logistics, strong negotiation skills, and experience with grain merchandising. Travel up to 10% may be required. Competitive benefits included.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent education and experience.
• Master's degree in Agricultural business preferred.
• 3 years' experience in trading, logistics, or related field.
• Prior contract negotiation and grain industry experience.

Responsabilités

• Originate grain purchases from growers and manage accounts.
• Conduct annual farm/business visits for major accounts.
• Input customer information into the CRM product and track success.
• Review region profit and loss statements and discuss findings with managers.
• Travel up to 10% to assigned producers and locations.
