Job summary

Hader Solutions seeks dependable staff for grain facility duties, including loading/unloading trucks, vessels, barges and rail cars. You will manage ground piles and assist in grain processing while following safety standards.

Eligible applicants must be 18+, capable of lifting up to 50 lbs, and able to work outdoors and indoors under varied conditions with PPE. Elevations up to 4 feet are involved, with overtime possible.

Qualifications

• Must be eligible to work in the US without visa sponsorship.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks.
• Ability to work outdoors and indoors in varying conditions with PPE.
• Comfort working in elevated areas (4 feet and above).

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain grain facility equipment to ensure smooth operations.
• Provide excellent customer service and collaborate with team members.
• Follow safety policies and maintain a safe, clean work environment.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
