Boulder Connect is seeking a facility operator for grain handling, including loading/unloading trucks, vessels, barges, and rail cars, and managing grain ground piles. You will operate and maintain equipment to ensure smooth facility operations and collaborate with team members.

• Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs., bend, kneel, climb, crawl, and twist, with or without accommodations

• Ability to work in varied indoor and outdoor conditions, including heat, cold, dust, and loud environments, using PPE
• Comfort working at heights of 4 feet or higher
