Job summary

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in Operations or Business Operations.
• Ability to operate loaders, conveyors, tractors, and track mobile.
• High School diploma or GED preferred.
• Agriculture experience preferred.
• Pre-employment screenings may be required.

Responsibilities

• Carry out general labor responsibilities promptly and efficiently.
• Develop and maintain knowledge of commodities handled and comply with regulations.
• Work with customers in a courteous and professional manner.
• Prepare trucks and railcars for loading/unloading, including sampling and hoses.
• Load and unload agricultural inputs from railcars/trucks using equipment.
• Control and monitor all load out functions.
• Operate automated scale/dump systems.
• Record daily, weekly and monthly maintenance tasks and inspect equipment.
• Monitor and maintain inventory quality and ensure safe storage.
