Job summary

Agtegra Cooperative is seeking a Grain Location Manager to oversee daily operations at a grain location with a strong focus on safety, compliance, and customer service. You will manage staff, budgeting, and profit and loss while coordinating with grain merchandisers to implement marketing programs that meet customer needs.

Responsibilities include creating annual business plans, tracking performance metrics, and ensuring adherence to Agtegra policies and safety culture.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Associate degree required.
• 5–10 years related experience or training, or equivalent combination.
• Valid driver’s license and eligible to work in the United States without visa sponsorship.
• English proficiency and ability to work 18+ years old.
• Knowledge of Environmental Health and Safety, OSHA, EPA policies.
• Ability to lead and supervise, plan, budget, and evaluate performance.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and internet.

Responsibilities

• Directs operations within the grain location, focusing on safety, compliance, and customer service.
• Leads budgeting, P&L stewardship, and staff management at the location.
• Builds relationships with customers and coordinates grain sales programs with merchandisers.
• Sets goals, tracks metrics, and ensures fair application of policies.
• Develops annual business plans and uses forecasts and software for inventory control.
