Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 2–3 years of related work experience in production or grain operations.
• Ability to lead production personnel and manage time effectively.
• Experience with production scheduling, inventory, equipment maintenance, and cost controls.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate grain quality control and monitor moisture and dockage.
• Assist Location Manager with labor planning and budget adherence.
• Supervise grain department staff and operate grain software.
• Ensure safety training and compliance with OSHA and company policies.
