Job summary

Primient is seeking an Operations Lead for their facility in Watseka, Illinois. In this role, you will be responsible for managing outside operations of the grain elevator, ensuring safety, and leading a team of Outside Operators.

The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma and experience in mechanical equipment operation, with a willingness to work overtime during the harvest season. Competitive pay starts at $25.75/hr plus overtime.

Qualifications

• Must be willing and able to work overtime during harvest season.
• May be required to climb and work at heights exceeding 50’.
• Will work in all outdoor environmental conditions.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily operations of the grain elevator and Outside Operators.
• Implement EHS programs and conduct Toolbox Meetings.
• Communicate operational updates and manage grain inventories.
• Supervise and provide leadership for employees.
• Monitor and maintain facility security and cleanliness.
