Job summary

Agtegra Cooperative in Andover, SD invites you to join the summer Grain Operations Intern program. Qualifications

• Enrollment towards relevant agriculture, operations or management degree.
• Must be eligible to work in the United States without visa sponsorship.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Valid Driver's License.

Responsibilities

• Perform critical operations: loading/unloading trucks and railcars, grain handling, blending, and other tasks to keep the facility running.
• Maintain facility housekeeping including elevator, buildings and grounds.
• Monitor equipment and assist with maintenance, reporting any issues to management.
• Learn about grain origination and broader business aspects of the grain industry.
• Deliver courteous, informed customer service to patrons.
• Adhere to all safety regulations including OSHA and DOT requirements.
• Other duties as assigned.
