Job summary

CHS Inc in Annawan, IL is seeking a Shipping & Receiving Operator to join our team. You will support logistics, lead grain handling operations, and manage loading/unloading functions while ensuring documentation accuracy and regulatory compliance.

This role offers a 5/2 and 2/5 rotating schedule from 6:30 a.m. to 6:30 p.m., with opportunities to learn, maintain safety, and contribute to overall plant operations.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in Operations and/or Production Operations.
• Must meet minimum age requirement.
• High School diploma or GED preferred.
• Pre-employment screening may be required per job requirements.

Responsibilities

• Operate machinery and equipment in processing facility under supervision.
• Conduct inspections and monitor parameters to meet production targets.
• Complete QA sampling and testing and interpret QA results.
• Maintain records and comply with regulatory requirements.
• Perform preventative and corrective maintenance as needed.
• Maintain housekeeping and sanitation of the work area.
• Load and unload products from/to trucks and rail cars.
• Follow safety policies and work with coworkers to improve operations.
