Primary Purpose

Operates grain‑handling and conveyance equipment to safely move grain to and from storage. This role sets up, adjusts, and monitors semi-automated equipment; loads and unloads trucks, containers, and rail cars; and supports housekeeping and minor maintenance activities. Position requires basic computer skills to run scales and enter data.

7:00 AM – 3:30 PM

Harvest Hours

7:00 AM – 7:00 PM

Major Duties & Responsibilities

• Operates conveyance equipment to move grain into and out of storage.


• Loads grain for outbound shipments, including trucks, containers, and rail cars.


• Performs housekeeping tasks and assists with minor repairs to maintain safe, clean operations.


• Operates grain drying equipment and monitors performance.


• Receives and follows work instructions to complete daily assignments.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.


• 0–2 years of relevant experience in grain handling, production, or equipment operation.


• Demonstrated ability to learn and apply work‑related skills.


• Ability to lift 50+ lbs and perform physical tasks.
