Job summary

CGB Enterprises, Inc. is seeking a Grain Facility Operator in Training in an outdoor, hands-on role at our Arkansas facilities. You will learn to safely load and unload grain, transfer materials and maintain quality while following strict safety practices and company procedures.

Ideal candidates have a HS diploma, basic math and strong communication skills, with the ability to document activities clearly and work well in a team environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Strong math, communication and documentation skills are essential.
• Ability to work both independently and in a team, with good problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Participate in safety program and attend daily pre-shift meetings.
• Transfer, load and move grain, ensuring quality and proper storage.
• Recordkeeping and documentation accuracy; perform housekeeping duties as needed.
• Operate equipment and perform routine maintenance in accordance with safety regulations.
• Assist with weighing, grading and unloading grain at the facility.
• Follow directions and comply with OSHA and ISO standards where applicable.
