Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Preferred - 1 year of experience in an industrial environment.
• Excellent math and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Participate in the Safety Program and attend daily pre-shift meetings.
• Operate and monitor grain loading/unloading to ensure safe, compliant handling.
• Transfer, load and move grain to designated locations.
• Maintain grain quality during storage and transfer.
• Complete and document tasks accurately and legibly.
• Perform routine housekeeping and general maintenance tasks.
• Operate equipment and perform basic repairs as needed.
• Follow directions and use problem-solving to address issues.
• Work well independently and as part of a team.
