Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• No prior industrial experience required; preferred 1 year in industrial environment.

Responsibilities

• Participate in the Safety Program and daily pre-shift meetings.
• Comply with OSHA and company safety/environmental rules; wear PPE as required.
• Move grain and transfer between locations; perform rail duties as needed.
• Assist with weighing trucks and grading grain; complete documentation.
• Help with general housekeeping and routine maintenance; support grain quality control.
• Operate heavy equipment as needed per facility location.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
