Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Participate in the company Safety Program and attend daily pre-shift meetings.
• Perform barge loading duties and oversee deckhand activities.
• Transfer, load and move grain to the appropriate location.
• Maintain grain quality during storage and transfer.
• Carry out rail duties including prep, unloading, loading and placement.
• Complete documentation timely and legibly.
• General housekeeping and facility upkeep.
• Operate heavy equipment as required by location.
