Job summary

Boulder Connect is seeking a candidate for a grain facility role in Parkston, SD. You will operate and maintain equipment, loading/unloading trucks, vessels, barges, and rail cars while managing grain ground piles.

The ideal candidate is 18+, legally eligible to work in the U.S., physically able to lift up to 50 lbs., and proficient in English with basic computer skills. Willingness to work overtime and shifts. $25/hr with a $2,000 sign-on bonus.

Qualifications

• Legal eligibility to work in the U.S. without visa sponsorship.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and perform tasks.
• Proficiency in English (verbal and written) and basic computer skills.
• Ability to work in diverse indoor and outdoor conditions, including exposure to heat, cold, dust and noise, using PPE.
• Comfort working at heights of 4 feet or more.

• Operate and care for equipment to ensure smooth facility operations
• Provide excellent customer service and collaborate with team members
• Follow all safety policies and maintain a clean, safe work environment
• Assist with various duties related to grain handling and facility maintenance
