Job summary

Coulter Services in Delmont, SD is seeking a facility operations worker to support grain handling and logistics operations, including loading and unloading trucks, barges, and rail cars. Qualifications

• Able to perform manual tasks including lifting up to 50 lbs.
• Proficient in English (verbal and written).
• Basic computer skills and safety awareness.
• Willing to work outdoors and indoors in heat or cold with PPE.
• Able to work at heights of 4 feet or more.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload trucks, vessels, barges, and rail cars.
• Manage grain ground piles and other grain handling tasks.
• Perform basic equipment maintenance and care.
• Provide excellent customer service and collaborate with team.
• Follow safety policies and keep a clean, safe work area.
• Participate in additional assigned duties.
