Job summary

Coulter Services is hiring for a grain handling facility operator in Olivet, SD. You will load/unload trucks, vessels, barges and rail cars, manage ground piles, and perform basic equipment maintenance. You will work with the team to deliver quality customer service while following safety policies and keeping the site clean.

The role is on 1st shift with a $25.00/hr pay rate and a $2,000 sign-on bonus; relocation is not offered.

Qualifications

• Legal eligibility to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
• Minimum age 18 years.
• Proficiency in English (verbal and written).
• Basic computer skills.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and operate in varied indoor/outdoor conditions with PPE.
• Ability to work at heights of 4 feet and above.

Responsibilities

• Perform facility operations and grain handling tasks.
• Maintain equipment to ensure smooth operations.
• Engage with team members and deliver quality customer service.
• Follow safety protocols and keep the workspace clean.
• Complete additional duties as assigned.
