Job description

Oversee the day to day operations of your location. Operate machinery, equipment and building maintenance, work with grain, feed, loading and unloading of grain, and feed, housekeeping duties and all other tasks as assigned.

Hours are 8:00-5:00 weekdays, throughout the year except harvest in the fall. Primary responsibility is to accurately and efficiently operate equipment such as forklift, lawn mower, bobcat, and pay loader, and any other equipment needed to get the job done. They are also asked to perform general maintenance and repair of equipment. The job is seasonally fast paced in the fall and slower in the winter, spring, summer. Must also be able to load feed and help customers in a friendly manner.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Work well with other team members
• A high school diploma and/or equivalent
• Class B CDL or ability to get CDL, not mandatory
• Excellent Communication Skills
• Ability to think clearly and problem solve
• Be able to lift 50 pounds
