Job summary

Cooperative Supply Inc. in Nebraska is seeking a dependable loader/operator to mix and deliver feed and operate equipment including feed truck, forklift, bobcat, pay-loader, and other gear. A Class B CDL is mandatory, with responsibilities that include loading grain, assisting customers, and performing building maintenance.

The role is 8:00-17:00 on weekdays year-round, with a busy fall harvest season. Candidates should lift up to 50 pounds, communicate clearly, and approach tasks safely while

Qualifications

• This position requires a valid Class B CDL or the ability to obtain one.
• Strong communication and problem-solving abilities are essential.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Mix and deliver feed and operate equipment (feed truck, forklift, bobcat, pay-loader).
• Load grain, assist customers, and perform equipment maintenance.
• Work with grain, loading/unloading, and related tasks; maintain clean, safe work areas.

Job description

Mix and Deliver Feed. Must have a class B CDL. Operate machinery, equipment and building maintenance, work with grain, feed, loading and unloading of grain, and feed, housekeeping duties and all other tasks as assigned.

Hours are 8:00- 5:00 weekdays, throughout the year except harvest in the fall. Primary responsibility is to accurately and efficiently operate equipment such as feed truck, forklift, lawn mower, bobcat, and pay-loader, and any other equipment needed to get the job done. They are also asked to perform general maintenance and repair of equipment. The job is seasonally fast paced in the fall and slower in the winter, spring, summer. Must also be able to load feed and help customers in a friendly manner.

REQUIREMENTS:

• A high school diploma and/or equivalent
• CDL or ability to get CDL, this is mandatory
• Excellent Communication Skills
• Ability to think clearly and problem solve
• Be able to lift 50 pounds
