Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; equivalency accepted.
• A valid driver's license may be required depending on location.
• Maintenance experience with mechanical aptitude preferred.

• Strong interpersonal skills and reliability; team-oriented attitude.

Responsibilities

• Perform tasks safely following UGC safety programs and procedures.
• Maintain and clean grain facilities and equipment.
• Assist in unloading/loading grain by truck, rail, or barge.
• Weigh materials using scales or measuring instruments.
• Monitor grain quality and storage conditions.
• Communicate equipment malfunctions to supervisors.
