Job summary

Express Employment Professionals - Cincinnati East Local Great Falls, MT is seeking a Grain Elevator Worker to perform general labor tasks, operate basic equipment, collect samples, and help maintain a clean facility. This full-time, rotating shift requires a flexible schedule and weekend availability, with potential for growth and a full benefits package after hire.

Responsibilities include shoveling, washing equipment, taking measurements, and assisting with minor repairs as needed.

Qualifications

• General labor work experience preferred but not required.
• Willingness to gain more training and skills, ability to teach others, friendly and positive.
• Ability to consistently wear a full face respirator or dust mask
• No aversions to working with heights – will at times be working on high points of building
• Flexibility in schedule and willingness to take drug test and background test
• Must be able to pass drug test and background check
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. throughout the day, walk up and down stairs or uneven surfaces frequently, and stand for long periods of time
• Ability to stand for extended periods of time and willingness to be trained in equipment operation

Responsibilities

• Shoveling and sweeping grain and washing equipment.
• General labor tasks and equipment handling as required.
• Taking measurements, humidity readings and depth measurements.
• Collecting samples of barley and malt; unloading and storing product.
• Cleaning and minor repairs to equipment as necessary.
