Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• At least 2 years of mechanical/technical experience in manufacturing or related industry.
• Ability to work 8-hour shifts and communicate in English.
• Willingness to work in hot, cold, noisy, wet, or dusty conditions.

Responsibilities

• Follow all safety guidelines and use PPE as required.
• Position railcars with the Shuttle Wagon and unload grain into the receiving pit.
• Assist with unloading trucks and other grain-receiving activities.
• Enter grain, truck, and railcar information into the Unified Grain System (UGS).
• Complete required paperwork and data entry.
• Perform sanitation and routine maintenance checks on equipment.
• Support in training new employees and cover for other roles as needed.
