Qualifications

• Experience supervising grain elevator operations and staff.
• Ability to coordinate inbound/outbound grain loading/unloading.
• Capable of maintaining a safe, sanitary workplace and promoting safety.

Responsibilities

• Gain knowledge of equipment used in grain elevator operations and vehicles.
• Oversee grain loading/unloading, handling, and quality/conditioning.
• Track and maintain housekeeping and preventative maintenance of machinery and vehicles.
• Communicate daily with Operations Manager on plans and improvements.
• Train and supervise elevator staff and seasonal workers.
