Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• 1 year plus experience working in grain handling facility or similar.
• English literacy: read, write, understand and follow written and verbal instructions.
• Overtime and weekend availability.
• Professional demeanor and safety conscious.
• Able to pass a criminal background check.

Responsibilities

• Provide training, support and assistance to hourly team members.
• Maintain a safe and sanitary workplace in compliance with company policies and regulations.
• Load, unload, sample, grade, transfer, blend, dry, store, aerate and fumigate grain.
• Assist with supervision and management of personnel and operational activities.
• Assist with managing the business according to pre-set objectives.
• Be familiar with all operations, systems, policies and procedures including weighing, measuring, controlling equipment, recording data, cleaning and maintenance.

Education

Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Ag Mechanics, Ag Business or similar
