Job summary

Bartlett Co. in Council Bluffs, IA is seeking an Elevator Operator for 1st shift (7:00 a.m.–3:30 p.m., Monday–Friday with overtime). You will manage grain receiving, storage, handling and loading, while keeping facilities safe and well-maintained.

Cross-training enables you to perform multiple tasks around conveyors and grain-handling equipment. Requirements include a high school diploma or GED, reliable transportation, and English literacy to follow instructions.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Must read, write, understand and follow written and verbal English instructions.
• Able to pass a criminal background check and work overtime/weekends.

Responsibilities

• Grain receiving, storage, handling, drying, blending and loading.
• Monitor stored grain condition and maintain clean facilities and equipment.
• Cross-train to perform a variety of grain elevator tasks.
