Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; associate's or bachelor's preferred.
• At least 1 year of experience in a grain handling facility.
• Must read, write, understand and follow written/verbal safety instructions in English.
• Overtime and weekend availability.
• Professional demeanor: safety, quality, cleanliness, and communication.
• Able to pass a criminal background check.

Responsibilities

• Oversee safety, regulatory compliance and adherence to policies and procedures.
• Load, unload, sample, grade, transfer, blend, dry, store, aerate and fumigate grain.
• Assist supervision and management of personnel and operations.
• Support management to meet pre-set objectives and plans.
• Understand operations, weigh materials, operate equipment, record data, maintain equipment.
• Communicate tasks and policies with senior management and team.
