Job summary

FS GRAIN is seeking a Grain Elevator Operations professional to manage grain handling, safety, and customer service under the direction of the Facility Manager. The role covers quality maintenance, equipment upkeep, and efficient operations at our northern Illinois facilities.

Qualifications include a high school diploma or equivalent, a valid driver's license, and willingness to travel as needed. The position offers full-time employment with a comprehensive benefits package and pension plan.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; agricultural experience preferred.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Experience with grain handling, equipment maintenance and repairs.
• Valid driver's license; ability to travel overnight when necessary.

Responsibilities

• Manage incoming, stored, and outgoing grain with quality maintenance and drying where needed.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety in all grain handling areas.
• Ensure OSHA/state/federal safety compliance and proper equipment appearance and maintenance.
• Provide exceptional customer service to all customers.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Facility Manager.
