Qualifications

• High school diploma and related agricultural experience preferred.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Willingness to learn grain handling and basic equipment maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Operate grain handling including incoming, stored, and outgoing grain.
• Maintain grain quality and provide grain drying services.
• Ensure safety, housekeeping, and maintenance of equipment and facilities.
• Provide professional customer service to create a positive experience for customers.
