You will operate forklifts and other machinery, assist customers, and help keep the facility organized and efficient. This role requires physical stamina and a commitment to safety and accuracy.

Qualifications

• High school diploma/GED preferred.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Experience in a grain elevator or agricultural setting preferred.
• Ability to read, write, and communicate verbally.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment.
• Commitment to safety and ability to follow protocols.
• Willingness to work extended hours during peak seasons.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload products from trucks and railcars.
• Weigh and grade incoming and outgoing grain shipments.
• Monitor storage conditions and adjust as needed.
• Maintain records of grain transactions and inventory.
• Keep the facility clean and safe.
• Perform routine maintenance on equipment and report issues.
• Operate forklifts and other machinery to move grain.
• Provide excellent customer service to farmers and suppliers.
• Support quality inspections and compliance with standards.
• Optimize storage and loading for efficiency.
