Job summary

Dakota Mill and Grain, Inc. is seeking individuals to join our Warehousing Operations Team in Philip, SD. We welcome both full-time and part-time workers who thrive in a fast-paced, team-based setting and have a commitment to safety and accuracy.

You will load/unload, operate grain handling equipment, weigh and grade shipments, and maintain precise inventory records while adhering to safety policies. Training is available for the right candidate, including those new to a grain elevator

Qualifications

• Pass pre-employment drug/alcohol screening and physical.
• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Valid driver's license required.
• Ability to read, write and communicate verbally.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload trucks; organize inventory; keep a clean workspace.
• Operate grain handling equipment and forklifts as trained.
• Weigh and grade incoming/outgoing grain shipments accurately.
• Monitor storage conditions; adjust to maintain quality.
• Maintain records of transactions and inventory; report issues.
