AGTEGRA COOPERATIVE is seeking an Operator to join the Agronomy and Grain Operations team in Faulkton, SD. The role focuses on day-to-day operation support in agronomy and grain departments, including machinery handling, loading/unloading, and equipment monitoring.

Qualifications

• Diploma/GED or 0-1 year related experience; or combination of education and experience.
• Valid driver’s license with the ability to obtain a CDL.
• Must be eligible to work in the United States without visa sponsorship.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to perform physical job duties which may include bending, lifting up to 50lbs, kneeling, climbing, crawling, and twisting, with or without reasonable accommodation.
• Ability to work in varied indoor and outdoor conditions which may include heat, cold, dust, loud noise, etc., with the use of PPE including a respirator.
• Ability to work in elevated areas (4 feet and above)
• Ability to work in confined spaces.
• Overtime including weekends, holidays, or different shifts.

Responsibilities

• Execute processes and operate machinery and equipment for agronomy and grain operations.
• Load and unload trucks and railcars; transfer and blend grain as needed.
• Inspect buildings, grounds, and equipment and perform light maintenance and repairs.
• Monitor equipment and input data into computer systems.
• Provide customer service and promote teamwork across plant operations.
• Adhere to safety regulations including OSHA, vehicle policies, fleet safety, and DOT rules.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
