Job summary

Bunge in Nebraska seeks an Operations Manager to lead the elevator/terminal’s operations, ensuring efficient, profitable performance and adherence to safety and regulatory standards. You will oversee inventory, maintenance, and asset security while coordinating with Location and Regional Operations teams to meet schedules and optimize throughput.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or technical degree in Agriculture, Business, Engineering, and/or Safety preferred.
• 3+ years’ experience in a grain elevator or terminal in a leadership capacity.
• Experience in leading an effective safety program.
• Computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office skills preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage inventory control in line with company requirements.
• Assist location manager with facility improvements and cost control.
• Lead and maximize mix & blend opportunities and space allocation.
• Schedule and oversee preventative maintenance and safety procedures.
