Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or equivalent experience.
• Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos; write simple correspondence.
• Basic math skills: add, subtract, multiply, and divide.
• Knowledge of grain and inventory software.
• Must maintain a valid driver’s license and commercial insurability.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service via email, face-to-face, telephone, and live chat.
• Bill products, receive payments, run scales, and track inventory.
• Resolve customer concerns and issues; assist location manager as needed.
• Maintain grain, petroleum, feed and agronomy records.
• Accept and record prepayments and bookings for products.
• Process payments for commodities and reconcile cash at end of day.
• Develop knowledge of products and services offered.
• Multitask with attention to detail; contribute to team effort.
