Job summary

Central Valley Ag is seeking an Operations (DOT) professional in Oakland, NE. You will help unload grain and agronomy products, drive company trucks, and support inventory management and safety compliance.

The role requires a High School diploma, a valid CDL with tanker/HazMat endorsements preferred, and a Commercial Applicator’s License preferred. You will work in a busy, safety-focused environment with multi-tasking responsibilities and strong customer service.

Qualifications

• High School or GED diploma is required.
• Must be licensed and insurable to drive.
• Preferred to have or be able to obtain a Class A CDL with tanker and HazMat endorsements.
• Preferred to have or be able to obtain a Commercial Applicator’s License.
• Knowledge of DOT or DOT experience preferred.
• Ability to communicate professionally and build relationships with internal and external customers.
• Good basic mechanical skills.
• Safety is a priority and you promote a safe work environment.]
• Ability to plan, prioritize, organize and manage resources to meet deadlines.
• Must be a self-starter with good computer skills and multi-tasking capability.

Responsibilities

• Assist in unloading grain products from trucks and handling inventory.
• Assist in delivering agronomy products to customers and loading materials for customers.
• Drive company trucks for transferring grain and agronomy products.
• Monitor and maintain grain quality and inventory levels.
• Perform general maintenance of buildings, equipment and vehicles.
• Ensure paperwork is completed accurately and timely.
• Provide excellent customer service and maintain a clean workspace.
