Job summary

Central Valley Ag is seeking an Operations (DOT) team member in Hampton, NE. This full-time, hands-on role supports grain and agronomy operations, with training provided including CDL certification.

You will work as part of a team to keep operations safe and efficient, on a growing farmer-owned cooperative platform. Responsibilities include loading/unloading products, operating equipment, and maintaining inventory and quality control across seasonal cycles.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Valid driver's license and Class A CDL or ability to obtain one (training provided).
• Willingness to work in a physical, fast-paced environment.
• Basic math for mixing, measurement, and inventory tracking.
• Reliable, safety-focused, and able to follow procedures.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload grain, fertilizer, seed, and crop protection products
• Operate equipment and support grain and agronomy plant operations
• Drive company trucks and tender trucks (once qualified)
• Assist with mixing and loading fertilizer and agronomy products
• Help with train loading and seasonal peak operations
• Monitor grain quality and assist with inventory tracking
• Perform cleaning, maintenance, and upkeep of equipment and facilities
• Operate scale systems and complete DOT and inventory documentation
• Assist customers with loading and unloading in a safe, professional manner
• Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized worksite
• Support other locations and departments as needed
• Perform other duties as assigned
