Job summary

Central Valley Ag in Fullerton, NE is seeking an Operations (DOT) employee to assist with receiving, shipping and handling grain and agronomy, and to perform preventative maintenance and cleaning. You will unload and load products, deliver to customers, operate blending and scale equipment, and drive company trucks as needed.

The role requires a High School diploma or GED, a valid Class A CDL (HazMat preferred), and a commitment to safety and teamwork in a fast-paced rural setting.

Qualifications

• High School or GED diploma.
• Must be licensed and insurable to drive.
• CDL Class A with tanker and HazMat endorsements preferred or able to obtain.
• Commercial Applicator’s License preferred.
• Knowledge of DOT experience preferred.
• Ability to communicate in a professional manner and establish effective working relationships.
• Strong safety mindset and ability to prioritize safety.

Responsibilities

• Assist in unloading grain and agronomy shipments.
• Deliver agronomy products to customers.
• Load agronomy products onto customer trucks.
• Receive dry/liquid fertilizer and chemicals.
• Assist in blending and scale operations.
• Drive company trucks and tender trucks as needed.
• Maintain inventory and monitor grain quality.
• Ensure paperwork and housekeeping are accurate and timely.
• Promote a safe work environment.
