• Manages expenses, cost controls, budgeting and inventory to match seasonal needs.
• Promotes Ag Plus's grain and agronomy products and services to customers.
• Develops annual customer programs including soil testing, field mapping, and product recommendations.
• Maintains customer relationships and pursues new prospective customers.
• Oversees grain receiving, drying, storage, inventory, and loadout while safeguarding grain quality.
• Maintains facilities, equipment, and vehicles in safe, clean condition; coordinates maintenance.
