Job summary

An agricultural cooperative in Wabash, Indiana seeks an Operations Assistant to support the location manager in enhancing operational efficiency. Qualifications

• Must possess a Class A CDL with hazmat endorsement.
• Requires a Category 1A applicators license.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook is essential.

Responsibilities

• Assist in managing daily operations for effective service.
• Supervise mixing, loading and dispatch.
• Manage routine maintenance and driver equipment inspections.
• Ensure compliance with safety and emergency regulations.
• Manage team members through clear job assignments and coaching.
• Maintain inventory levels to assure service and minimize delays.
• Assist with crop protection recommendations based on field plans.
• Implement short-term goals and budgets for growth.
• Communicate resource needs to maximize profitability.
• Assist with sales activities and tasks for assigned accounts.
