Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in Operations or Business Operations.
• CDL license or willingness to obtain with Hazmat endorsement.
• Forklift certification preferred.
• Agriculture experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Carry out general labor tasks promptly and safely under supervision.
• Develop knowledge of commodities handled and comply with regulations.
• Assist customers in a courteous, professional manner.
• Prepare trucks and railcars for loading/unloading with equipment.
• Load/unload agricultural inputs using heavy or light machinery.
• Operate and monitor load-out functions and automated systems.
• Maintain inventory quality and perform routine maintenance.
• Deliver products to customer sites and keep work areas clean and safe.
