Acceleration Academies in Myrtle Beach, SC is seeking an Interventionist to join the Continuous Improvement Team. You will deliver targeted interventions for Graduation Candidates in grades 9-12, focusing on ELA/Math, attendance, and CCR, collaborating with coaches and counselors to identify barriers and monitor progress toward graduation.

This temporary grant-funded role runs through July 2027, is full-time and on-site, with responsibilities to track data, support EOC prep, and implement

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Education, Social Work, Counseling, or a related field preferred.
• Experience with at-risk youth, alternative education, dropout recovery, or student support services preferred.
• Ability to analyze student data, identify intervention needs, monitor progress, and document outcomes.

Aufgaben

• Identify Graduation Candidates requiring intervention through attendance, course completion, benchmarks, and data.
• Provide individualized and small-group intervention in ELA and Mathematics.
• Monitor progress, pacing, and mastery using Edmentum reports and interventions.
• Support EOC preparation, remediation, and readiness activities for English II and Algebra I.
• Collaborate with coaches and GCAs to develop targeted intervention plans.
• Monitor attendance/engagement and conduct interventions and success planning.
• Maintain intervention records and progress-monitoring documentation.
