Job summary

Qualifications

• Ability to monitor student progress and intervene as needed.
• Strong communication with students, families, and staff.
• Experience coordinating with school teams and external partners.

Responsibilities

• Identify at-risk students and develop intervention plans to support graduation.
• Collaborate with counselors and administrators on course planning and credits.
• Monitor attendance and engagement; support re-engagement and transitions.
• Coordinate referrals and resources to help students access Graduation Plus opportunities.
• Maintain confidentiality and accurate documentation of student contacts and progress.
