Responsibilities

• Assist with preparation and submission of planning applications and supporting documentation.
• Undertake planning policy research and review local and national planning guidance.
• Support preparation of planning statements, reports and other documents.
• Liaise with clients, local planning authorities and project stakeholders.
• Monitor planning applications and assist with project coordination and administration.
• Assist in assessing development proposals and identify opportunities and constraints.
• Contribute to projects across residential development, renewable energy and infrastructure.
• Collaborate with planning, landscape architecture and civil engineering teams.
