Job summary

Infineon Technologies is seeking a highly motivated graduate for a hands-on role in bench validation of mixed-signal power ICs in Andover, MA. You will contribute to automated validation processes and define test plans, working closely with design, test, and applications engineering teams.

The ideal candidate is graduating soon with a degree in Electrical, Electronics, or Computer Engineering, with basic circuit knowledge and familiarity with LabVIEW or Python for scripting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's in Electrical, Electronics, or Computer Engineering, expected within a year.
• Basic understanding of analog and digital circuits; power electronics background a plus.
• Familiarity with benchtop test equipment (power supplies, function generators, oscilloscopes, multimeters).
• Experience with scripting languages such as LabVIEW or Python is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Bench validation of mixed-signal power ICs using testing methods.
• Develop and optimize validation processes with scripting and automation tools.
• Define bench validation plans and configure equipment setups.
• Analyze validation data and collaborate with design, test, and applications teams to identify root causes of issues.
