Job summary

Thales in Irvine, CA is seeking a Test Electrical Engineer Graduate to participate in hardware design, development, test and qualification of IFEC products. You will work with the hardware test team and interact with project engineers to address status, risks, and actions.

The role involves LRU qualification, ATP design support, EMI lab management, and ensuring timely, cost-effective test activities for embedded digital/analog high-speed products.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science Degree in Electrical Engineering with embedded HW development/test experience.
• Basic knowledge of Linux scripting and application SW setup.
• Experience with spectrum analyzers, oscilloscopes, power supplies, soldering stations; proficient in Word/Excel/Visio/PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Own LRU qualification and test cable design.
• Support LRU ATP design, validation, and troubleshooting.
• Assist EMI lab management and test station calibration.
