This role will assist Professional Land Surveyors with CAD production, boundary analysis, research, legal descriptions and easement preparation, and deliverables review under a Professional Land Surveyor's supervision. The candidate should have a Surveyor in Training certification or a four-year degree with 3+ years of field experience, strong verbal and written communication, and the ability to

Qualifications

• Assisting Professional Land Surveyors with CAD production, boundary analysis, research, legal description and easement preparation.
• Four-year degree preferred and/or 3+ years of land survey field experience.
• Effective verbal and written communication are necessary and independent judgment is essential.
• Ability to travel occasionally for courthouse research.
• Proficiency with Civil 3D.

Responsibilities

• Assist Professional Land Surveyors with project tasks, scheduling and resource planning.
• Coordinate with field crews and office staff to ensure smooth workflow.
• Evaluate property boundaries in metes and bounds and public land survey states.
• Perform QA/QC checks and ensure compliance with policies.
• Travel to courthouse research sites as needed.
