This role will assist Professional Surveyors with CAD production, boundary analysis, research, legal description and easement preparation, deliverables review, computations, and adherence to specific state statutes. You will work under the responsible charge of a Professional Land Surveyor, with opportunities to travel occasionally for courthouse research and field support, contributing to project success and

Qualifications

• Surveyor in Training certification is required.
• Four-year degree preferred or 3+ years land survey field experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills are necessary.

Responsibilities

• Assist Professional Land Surveyors with CAD production and boundary analysis.
• Support research, legal descriptions and easement preparation.
• Review deliverables and perform computations under supervision.
• Travel occasionally to support courthouse research and field activities.
• Coordinate with field crews and office staff; perform QA/QC checks.
