Job summary

Qualifications

• Surveyor in Training certification is mandatory.
• Four-year degree or relevant field experience preferred.
• Strong communication and independent judgment skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist Professional Land Surveyors with CAD production and boundary analysis.
• Define project tasks, schedule, and resource requirements with the Surveyor.
• Evaluate property boundaries in metes and bounds.

Skills

Surveyor in Training certification

Civil 3D experience

Effective verbal and written communication

Ability to handle multiple priorities

Education

Four-year degree preferred

3-plus years of land survey field experience
