Job summary

Texas A&M University seeks a Graduate Student Specialist I to provide guidance to graduate students, faculty and staff on the thesis, dissertation, and record of study submission processes. You will review manuscripts for formatting accuracy, manage templates, and assist with deadlines across multiple systems.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree, excellent communication, and strong organizational skills. Some evenings and weekends may be needed for special events at College Station.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Experience communicating effectively with graduate students, faculty and staff.

Responsibilities

• Review theses/dissertations for formatting and compliance with university standards.
• Manage Thesis and Dissertation templates in Word and LaTeX across platforms.
• Support graduate students, faculty, and staff with submission processes and deadlines.
