The Graduate Nurse provides direct patient care, including assessment, planning, and evaluation, with licensure required within 90 days of graduation to remain employed in a health system in Missouri. Nursing diplomas or associate degrees are accepted.

Qualifications

• Educates patients and families on home care needs and medications.
• Develops and implements plans of care with the healthcare team.
• Evaluates patient responses and adjusts plans during stay.
• Promotes patient safety and regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care including assessment, planning, implementation and evaluation.
• Assist with clinical documentation and care coordination.
• Support nursing workflows in collaboration with the care team.
• Participate in safety and quality initiatives within the unit.
